Mainpro+ Credits

This Group Learning program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by the Office of Continuing Professional Development, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, McGill University for up to 18 Mainpro+ credits/hours.

Members of the American Academy of Family Physicians are eligible to receive up to 18 Prescribed credit hours for attendance at this event due to a reciprocal agreement with the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

You can only claim credits for sessions you attended LIVE.

You can enter the credits from your activity in the new CFPC Portal

Please consult the CFPC website for any questions you might have about claiming your credits.

Certificate and Evaluation

You will be able to download your Certificate of participation after you submitted your speaker evaluations as well as the global evaluation form. Simply go to your Web App Dashboard and you will see a message that brings you to the certificate. You'll be able to download the certificate on your computer.

Then you need to fill in the certificate how many hours you have attended LIVE.

Participants should keep their CME certificate for a minimum of six years in case you are selected for a random audit.

The same certificate can be used as proof in case you are applying for a RAMQ reimbursement.

Two-part Log

Reflect on the Refresher's impact on your practice over time and earn 1 additional Mainpro+ Group Learning credit.

Immediately after the Course, we will send you Part I of the survey and three months after we'll ask you to complete Part II.
After completing the 2-part log, you'll be able to claim the additional 1 Mainpro+ Group Learning credit in your CFPC member portal.
