Overview
Objectives

As a result of attending this session, participants will be able to:

  • Formulate a differential of the most likely and the most clinically important diagnoses in an ill traveller returning with fever
  • Recognize key findings on the patient history and physical exam which provide important clues to the diagnosis
  • Formulate a list of the diagnostic tests which are most relevant, and most likely to pinpoint a diagnosis
